Even those with some experience behind them don’t listen to themselves objectively as often as they should. Knowing your voice objectively is one of the most important aspects of voice over, and yet it is often overlooked. Professional voice artist Dave McRae talks about how to properly get to know your own voice, what a good, solid and professional demo should sound like and to how utilize your voice to help bring your “voice” and voice over career to the next level. He’ll also touch on his career, the reality of what you’re facing, what has worked for him, what may work for you and more.
